Q. Will my tile and grout come clean?

A. Yes! We are able to remove most stains from grout and stone flooring.

Q. How does it work?

A. First we apply an environmentally friendly emulsifier and allow it to work for about 15 minutes. Then using steam and vapor under pressure along with a powerful vacuum system we extract the soil and contaminants.

Q. How long before I can walk on the clean floor?

A. Most floors are dry in a matter of minutes.

Q. After the floor is clean should it be sealed?

A. Yes! We highly recommend sealing your floor to maintain the beauty of your flooring investment.

Q. Can you change the color of my grout?

A. No. We do not recolor grout.

Q. I have a marble floor, can it be cleaned safely?

A. Absolutely, our process is safe for most all flooring.

Q. Do you only do homes?

A. No, we also work with commercial accounts, yacht owners, property managers, and retail outlets to clean or restore their hard surfaces.

Q. Is the service expensive?

A. No. Pricing is very reasonable.

Q. What makes you different from the "National" cleaners?

A. All of our equipment has been specifically designed to clean hard surfaces. The "Nationals" generally use equipment designed for other surfaces, not tile & grout.

Q. How often should I clean my tile & grout?

A. We recommend an annual cleaning.
